YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will review and process U.S.specific travel expense reports in compliance with SIXT policies.
- Verification of receipts and ensuring adherence to SIXTs Travel & Expense policies will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for travel expenserelated inquiries from U.S.based employees.
- You will assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with SIXTs internal and regulatory standards.
- Support the implementation of U.S.specific requirements within SIXTs expense management systems (e.g. Chrome River).
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have prior experience in travel expense management or a related area.
- Handson experience with tools like Chrome River or other expense management systems is preferred.
- You are detailoriented with excellent organizational and numerical skills.
- You can adapt quickly to new systems and processes demonstrating a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- You are proficient in English both written and verbal ensuring clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
