Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Rental Sales Agent in Newark United States! Were looking for an enthusiastic and customerfocused individual to create exceptional rental experiences for our clients. As a Rental Sales Agent youll play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities while providing topnotch customer service. Hourly rate $20.40
- Greet customers and assess their rental needs to provide personalized recommendations
- Promote and sell additional vehicles services and optional extras to enhance customer experiences
- Process rental agreements payments and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet ensuring cleanliness and readiness for customers
- Address customer inquiries concerns and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals to document condition and mileage
- Stay updated on company policies promotions and industry trends to provide informed service
- Assist with inventory management and vehicle logistics as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized rental facility to create a welcoming environment for customers
Qualifications :
- Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Previous experience in sales customer service or the tourism industry
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid US Drivers license with a clean driving record
- Serviceoriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and knowledge of various vehicle types is a plus
