YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Develop and Enhance Data Science Solutions: Design implement and maintain productiongrade models and algorithms for online performance marketing with a focus on lift studies marketing mix modeling multitouch attribution and causal machine learning techniques.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with teams in data science engineering marketing product management and business operations to transition experimental models into scalable production environments.
Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze model performance visualize key metrics and provide actionable insights on system behavior and its impact on marketing ROI and business KPIs.
Iterative Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in advertising processes and propose datadriven MLpowered solutions for optimization and automation.
Knowledge Sharing: Effectively communicate results methodologies and actionable insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences ensuring all stakeholders understand the value and implications of your work.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Foundational Experience in Data Science: Strong background in data science and statistics or econometrics with prior exposure to marketing mix modeling multitouch attribution causal inference or advertising optimization methods.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) and tools for largescale data processing.
Expertise in statistical and causal inference techniques including A/B testing quasiexperimental designs differenceindifferences propensity score matching instrumental variables synthetic control methods regression discontinuity and double machine learning.
Production Mindset: Experience collaborating with ML engineers to develop prototypes and deploy them in production environments ensuring scalability robustness and adaptability to changing requirements.
GrowthOriented: Eager to learn new methods and tackle realworld problems in performance marketing. We encourage applicants with relevant skills and a passion for optimizing advertising strategies to apply even if they dont have expertise in every listed technique.
Communication & Teamwork:
Fluent in English and enthusiastic about collaborating in a diverse multinational team. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
