Job Description

As the Regional Service Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead coach and develop a team of field service technicians fostering a highperforming and motivated team environment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs streamlining processes and managing resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with the broader service management team to implement and improve service strategies.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Take part in various projects where your competence will contribute to the Business Units results

Qualifications :

Your profile

  • Proven experience in service management or a similar role ideally with field service teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional customer focus and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong problemsolving and organizational skills with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of servicerelated processes.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel across the region.
  • Ability to visit the Warsaw office once per week.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
