Job Description
This position is key in driving local operational performance and developing supply chain capability within Rotorks APAC region whilst playing a key role in developing new tools and processes within the Global Supply Chain Function.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will lead the Supply Chain activity across multiple sites in the APAC region to drive down inventory and leadtimes whilst improving ontime delivery.
Whilst leading regional supply chain activity you will collaborate with the other Regional Supply Chain Managers in the development and deployment of global material within the Rotork Supply Chain playbook.
This role would suit someone with endtoend experience of complex Engineering to Order Supply Chains looking to play a key strategic role within the Global Supply Chain Function at Rotork.
Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Experience with and sound knowledge of endtoend complex manufacturing supply chains
- Strong experience with Lean methodology within the supply chain
- An ERP/MRE subject matter expert with strong data capture and analysis skills
- Able to engage crossfunctional teams towards desired outcomes utilising training and coaching effectively
The Successful Candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proven presentation skills
- Has the ability to utilise their practical experience to design develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Able to coordinate complex projects across a matrix organisational structure
