Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain milestones and metrics to measure progress against goals and objectives; create a simplified dashboard of metrics and data to track performance as well as reliably and accurately forecast trends that will predict future growth.
- Develop the processes tools and methodologies to provide the organization with insights into market behaviors reactions and competitive postures needed to support strategic decisionmaking for the brand.
- Contribute to the strategic and creative development of Uniteks marketing and branding efforts by completing creative projects and guiding the development of projects to include the company and student website as well as all collateral and graduation materials. Work collaboratively with internal business leaders to understand business objectives and make creative recommendations for project execution based on those objectives.
- Partner with advertising agency counterparts to ensure collaborative and consistent brand execution; communicate work share assets and brainstorm concepts. To include all college media sites.
- Maintain the development and ongoing sustainment of the college catalog college merchandise store and all college domain names and URLs.
- Ensure development in webbased and interactive marketing capabilities and maintain awareness of digital marketing technologies; determine and recommend new areas that best support our purpose.
- Prioritize work and manage and approve projects on a daily basis based on the needs of the business and resource availability to ensure creative quality and internal partners are satisfied.
- Assure that commitments to project deadlines are kept twoway communication among the business leaders in timely and open and that presentations are professional engaging persuasive and support our company blueprint.
- Direct the activities and professional development of creative team members if applicable.
- Review and approve all creative services related invoices and company logo usage.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Comply with all State Department of Education and accreditation regulations.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications :

Required:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 years of related experience
- 7 years of direct leadership of a team
- Expert working knowledge of all Microsoft (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and Adobe programs (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Acrobat Professional) Preferred:
- Masters Degree preferred
- 5 years of industry related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word press Adobe LiveCycle and Dreamweaver programs
