As a Sr. Program Manager you will focus on enabling our employees managers and organisation to reach their full potential. You will be working on projects related to Career Talent Performance Culture & Leadership Development. You identify current and future development needs in relation to our growth ambitions. You will design implement monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.
For 3240 hours per week you:
You are part of the People & Organisation Development team within HR. This is a team of 9 professionals. Eager driven and they have the desire to continuously innovate to achieve the best results. You notice that especially in the way they drive and discover new opportunities with regards to learning but also the wishes and goals to improve on current programs designs and tools. The working atmosphere can be best described as proactive engaged and with a lot of fun and energy.
