Job Description

As a Sr. Program Manager you will focus on enabling our employees managers and organisation to reach their full potential. You will be working on projects related to Career Talent Performance Culture & Leadership Development. You identify current and future development needs in relation to our growth ambitions. You will design implement monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.
For 3240 hours per week you:
- Translate the needs and vision on people & organisation development into innovative development programs & solutions.
- Develop formulate optimise and implement (strategic) HR policies programmes procedures and tools globally for people and organization development topics such as; performance management (organization) development career & succession planning and retention of talent.
- Facilitate development programs and coordinate project deliverables globally to retain develop and upskill different talent groups.
- Deliver complex analyses of HR data and provide requested and unrequested specialist advice to tactical and strategic stakeholders.
- Work closely together with the HR Business Partners and various stakeholders for which you design and deliver.
You are part of the People & Organisation Development team within HR. This is a team of 9 professionals. Eager driven and they have the desire to continuously innovate to achieve the best results. You notice that especially in the way they drive and discover new opportunities with regards to learning but also the wishes and goals to improve on current programs designs and tools. The working atmosphere can be best described as proactive engaged and with a lot of fun and energy.
Qualifications :

In addition you are a professional that switches comfortably between tactical/strategic and operational level in an environment full of change. You are a self starter flexible with a strong focus on quality. You are eager to learn everyday and grow together with us. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and dare to come with unconventional and innovative solutions. On top of this you have:
- 68 years work experience within the field of People Development
- Solid experience in designing and implementing global development programs & solutions
- A masters degree preferably in International Business Organisational Psychology or HRM
- An international focus including fluency in the English & Dutch language
- Residency in the Netherlands
- You are an ambassador of the Rituals cultural values and use this in your daily work while remaining your true authentic self
