Job Description

The BT Office team is shaping the future of Rituals Service Integration layer from the ground up. Youll work in a motivated and international team in an exciting environment where you can make a real impact. 

Meet the Team 

The Service Integration team includes two internal Service Integration Managers focusing on ITIL support and monitoring processes. Additionally we have two experienced contractors managing ITSMrelated projects. The central Service Integration Team has the responsibility of owning the ITIL support framework as well as the Service Management platform (ServiceNow). Next to the central team we have  decentral Service Integration Managers who have a business domain focus. They help the business IT teams to organize the support within the domain. Implementing ServiceNow and optimizing the support processes for a specific business domain is their key focus.  

Your Responsibilities 

As the Senior Service Integration Manager you will: 

  • Create and drive the roadmap for Service Integration continuous improvement and the development of endtoend support processes (ITIL) and tooling (ServiceNow).
  • Set up governance with stakeholders across various Business Technology teams including People Tech Supply Chain Finance & Sourcing ICT Data and Sales & Marketing to drive improvements. 
  • Facilitate operational control by establishing standardized highquality and efficient support processes and tooling. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation training materials and dashboards to promote effective usage of support processes and tooling. 
  • Collaborate with other Service Integration Managers and support their initiatives. 
  • Explore and experiment with innovative monitoring tools AIdriven process automation and new technologies to enhance ways of working. 

Qualifications :

You are an experienced and energetic professional with a clear vision for the future of IT support. You thrive in a fastpaced everchanging environment and have a collaborative teamoriented approach. You also have: 

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or service integration (SIAM). 
  • Expertise in managing IT support processes within a multivendor landscape. 
  • A bachelors or masters degree in a related field. 
  • A strong understanding of ITIL and experience with ServiceNow and enterprise platform development. 
  • Familiarity with Splunk and business process monitoring. 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (knowledge of JIRA is a plus). 
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively. 
  • A proven track record of managing and developing young professionals. 
  • Enthusiasm curiosity and a knack for inspiring others to achieve their goals. 

Location and Working Conditions 

While flexible working is available this role requires a strong onsite presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively.
