Team Member Process Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person in Process Development Plan and execute process optimization trials & to execute scale up/ confirmatory batch and to support pilot batch exhibit batches by applying various engineering concepts during optimization and scale up.

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for performing experiments in the laboratory by organizing the required raw materials and experimental set up.
• Record the experimental procedure observations and output details in the ELN / Lab note book as applicable.
• Submit the samples for analysis and record the analytical results in the ELN / Log book.
• Support the Engineering team for smooth scale up of the processes developed during scale up at CPP and Plant.
• This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams utilizing Quality by Design (QbD) principles and finalizing the process for scale up. 
• You will be responsible to demonstrate successful process scale up.  
• You will be responsible to prepare documents required for development report TT etc.
• You will be responsible to analyze data and provide support in answering process related deficiencies ensuring on time response to regulatory agencies.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification: Masters in chemistry (Organic)

Minimum work experience: 35 years of experience in Process development 

Skills & attributes:
Technical Skills

• Experience in the handling various named reactions.
• Experience in Literature search and process development development and scale up of processes.
• Understanding of Laboratory safety and procedures. 
• Ability to interpret analytical data.
• Ability to prepare technical protocols and reports.
• Ability to record the observations and processes accurately.  
• Knowledge of International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines related to Product development or Process Development.

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with own team and crossfunctional teams.
