What You’ll Do:
* Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing focusing on building relationships with landlords commercial office owners and brokers.
* Present and demonstrate the value of their advanced data consolidation platform tailored to the needs of CRE clients.
* Forge and nurture longterm relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
* Partner with internal teams to align on client needs and continuously improve the sales process.
* Meet and exceed sales targets contributing directly to the company’s growth trajectory.
What They’re Looking For:
* Experience: 510 years of B2B SaaS sales preferably in PropTech or adjacent industries.
* StartUp Must have atleast 2 years of experience working in a startup
* Proven Results: A strong history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
* Startup Mindset: Thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment with previous startup experience being highly valued.
* Strong Communication Skills: Clear concise and effective in engaging diverse client groups.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the CRE sector and its unique challenges.
