You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to lead and optimize Freshworks digital marketing strategy. This key leadership role will focus on developing strategies driving execution and scaling a highperforming team to drive demand generation and revenue growth through digital channels. You will work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver measurable results while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic datadriven mindset with deep expertise in SaaS productled growth (PLG) trials and fullfunnel performance marketing. Youll bring extensive experience in digital planning media execution ad operations and stakeholder management paired with the passion of a marketer the insight of a strategist and the drive of a doer.
Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an inoffice presence 3 days/week (TuesdayThursday).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital acquisition and revenue marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition engagement and conversions across SEM SEO social Affiliate marketing display email and ABM.
Optimize fullfunnel digital campaigns to generate highquality leads maximize ROI and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Build and manage a highperforming digital marketing team fostering a culture of innovation datadriven decisionmaking and continuous learning.
Collaborate with sales product marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize the buyer journey across digital touchpoints.
Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs track performance and optimize marketing strategies for efficiency and impact.
Oversee the digital media budget ensuring effective allocation and execution across channels to meet revenue goals and maximize spend efficiency.
Architect and execute highvelocity digital demand generation programs to deliver salesready leads to our inside sales teams queue ensuring every prospect interaction is dataenriched and primed for immediate engagement.
Lead the adoption and integration of marketing technologies including AIdriven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
Report regularly on performance metrics business impact and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
15 years of digital marketing experience with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within SaaS or technology sectors.
Strong expertise in PLG strategies trial optimization and B2B marketing. B2C experience is a plus.
Experience leading teams and driving results across a global audience.
Advanced proficiency in SEM SEO ABM programmatic and email marketing with a deep understanding of marketing operations and compliance/privacy laws.
Expertise in datadriven marketing including KPI measurement attribution modeling and CRM tools.
Proven ability to collaborate across complex organizations driving alignment and achieving business outcomes in multicultural environments.
Passionate about driving measurable business impact through digital marketing with a continuous focus on innovation.
Additional Information :
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of jobrelated factors such as professional background training work experience business needs and market demand. Therefore in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package:
$197700$284165 USD Base Salary Variable Compensation (where applicable)
