Job Description

As an Account Executive Enterprise you will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks footprint within the Canada East territory ofemployee organizations. This role focuses on engaging multiple stakeholders across public sector agencies delivering customized ITSM and EX solutions and empowering agencies to drive productivity and employee satisfaction through our advanced software. Youll thrive in complex consultative sales processes with highbudget deals and mediumtolong sales cycles helping Canadian organizations improve employee workflows and IT efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Selling: Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for organizations within Eastern Canada demonstrating how Freshworks solutions optimize productivity and enhance government employee engagement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with diverse decisionmakers including IT leaders department heads and HR administrators to address unique challenges within public sector agencies and deliver impactful outcomes.

  • Pipeline Management: Build maintain and execute a robust sales pipeline ensuring consistent progress through mediumtolong sales cycles tailored to the needs of Eastern Canada organizations.

  • Customized Engagements: Create and present compelling value propositions that align with agency goals priorities and budgets.

  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with Marketing Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams to create seamless endtoend experiences for prospects and clients across all verticals.


Qualifications :

Experience:

  • 58 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales with strong experience in ITSM and EX solution selling.
  • Prior experience selling toemployee organizations is a strong plus.

Expertise:

  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and their role in driving operational efficiency within public sector agencies.
  • Handson experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms designed to improve productivity and employee engagement in Eastern Canada.

Skills:

  • Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Traits: Collaborative analytical and persistent in navigating complex sales cycles and securing highvalue deals.

Mindset: Customercentric with a passion for empowering Eastern Canada organizations through transformative software solutions.
