Job Description
YOU
- develop and document test routines for frontend processes in the semiconductor industry
- design new test scenarios and transfer the production sites
- additionally optimise existing test routines with regard to repeatability and test time
- carry out online and offline tests on digital and mixedsignal circuits on test equipment with the coordination of internal process partners
Qualifications :
YOU
- have a degree in electrical engineering electronics or similar and already have experience in programming with C/C and Visual Basic
- have experience with various methods in test case creation for ATE systems in the semiconductor industry
- have sound knowledge of electrical measurement
- have ATE knowledge on platforms such as Teradyne J750 microFlex or Advantest 93K and initial experience with version control systems such as Git ClearCase or SVN
- have a very good command of English and German
