Job Description
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings including IEP meetings.
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students speech and language abilities.
- Tracking and documenting students progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to students using evidencebased practices.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Educating students families and school staff on strategies to improve communication skills.
- Working with teachers special education staff and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students educational programs.
