Job Description

Masters Level SLP Needed Will Accept SLPCCC or SLPCFY

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate fulltime Speech Language Pathologist to serve an elementary school caseload. This position offers immediate availability with the potential for renewal based on exceptional performance.

As the SLP in this role you will be responsible for:
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings including IEP meetings.
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students speech and language abilities.
  • Tracking and documenting students progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Providing direct speech and language therapy to students using evidencebased practices.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Educating students families and school staff on strategies to improve communication skills.
  • Working with teachers special education staff and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students educational programs.

Requirements

Certification: Illinois PEL with SLP endorsement.

Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.

Education: At least a Master s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.

Licensures: Valid Illinois state license as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
