Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Architect and develop highspeed SerDes circuits including PLLs CDRs equalizers and transmit/receive paths for advanced process nodes (2nm/3nm).
Optimize analog and mixedsignal circuits to meet performance power area and reliability requirements.
Simulation and Validation:
Conduct transistorlevel design and simulations using industrystandard tools such as Cadence Virtuoso Spectre and HSPICE.
Perform pre and postlayout verification parasitic extraction and analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including digital design layout packaging and test engineers.
Collaborate with foundries specifically TSMC to ensure successful tapeout and yield optimization.
Debugging and Problem Solving:
Debug silicon issues and identify root causes of performance deviations.
Support lab characterization and validation of fabricated ICs.

Educational Background:
Bachelor s/Master s/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering Microelectronics or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of experience in analog/mixedsignal IC design specifically in highspeed SerDes for advanced process nodes.
Proven track record of successful designs on 5nm/3nm/2nm technologies is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in analog circuit design including transistors operational amplifiers comparators and other foundational components.
Familiarity with SerDes architectures signal integrity concepts and highspeed signaling protocols.
Strong knowledge of EDA tools: Cadence Virtuoso Spectre HSPICE Calibre etc.
Understanding of TSMC process technologies DFM and PDKs for 2nm/3nm nodes.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry, focusing on attracting top talent for niche roles such as DFT engineers, chip designers, and process engineers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external clients to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and project timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals. Pipeline Management: Oversee the development of talent pipelines, building a strong network of potential candidates to meet future staffing needs. Performance Monitoring: Set, track, and report on team performance metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with top-tier talent in the semiconductor sector. Market Insights: Stay current with semiconductor industry trends, talent availability, and competitive market conditions to advise clients and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the use of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technologies to streamline and optimize the recruitment process. Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring without compromising on quality. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, roles, and industry trends. Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing recruitment team. Ability to build strong client relationships and influence decision-making. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools. Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent in a timely manner.
