Job Description
Provide Customer Service for our products and services. Manage accounts in terms of order processing order followup sales order pricing ontime deliveries and complete order fulfillment.
REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities and duties will vary depending upon the functional area assigned. Activities may include but are not limited to:
- Manage accounts in terms of order processing order followup sales order pricing ontime deliveries and complete order fulfillment.
- Provides customer service regarding the companys services and/or products.
- Identifies customers needs and determines appropriate action
- Promotes and sells the companys products or services.
- Investigate and resolve product/service/billing complaints professionally and tactfully collaborating with relevant departments.
- Uses a CRM or equivalent system to keep track of customer queries
- Uses an ERP to enter and track the status of orders
- Champions customer needs and follows up on customer inquiries.
- Principal liaison for Commercial for the customer base.
- Support all aspects of service to the customer including but not limited to: price quotes technical and product recommendations
- Provide responsive order management support including order entry or expediting and shipment information to customers.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; any additional European language is a benefit
- Experience of using an inhouse database package and MS office and/ or Google Suite is required.
- Good written verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Good data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and good followup skills
- Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
- Customer service experience preferably within a business to business environment.
- Experience of liaising with an internal distribution department to ensure delivery of the product to the customer would be an advantage.
