About the Role:
Were searching for a motivated and detailoriented Quality Control Team Leader to join our dynamic and growing QC/packing department. In this handson role youll play a vital part in upholding our commitment to quality by ensuring that our products meet the highest standards throughout the finishing packing and dispatching process.
Youll lead and mentor a team of QC specialists fostering a collaborative environment while driving continuous improvement within the department. If you have a keen eye for detail a passion for quality and thrive in a fastpaced production setting we encourage you to apply!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor the QC team: Provide guidance training and support to team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
- Champion quality control: Ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards throughout the finishing packing and dispatching process.
- Maintain a safe work environment: Uphold and promote the highest standards of environmental health and safety (EHS) within the department.
- Set and achieve goals: Establish clear daily/weekly goals for the team and ensure they are met effectively.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs): Diligently adhere to SOPs to maintain consistency and accuracy in all QC processes.
- Perform handson quality checks: Conduct finishing tasks (cutting counting) and pack printed products with precision and care.
- Collaborate with other departments: Liaise with production sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements.
- Manage dispatches: Prepare products for daily dispatch ensuring accurate shipping information and documentation.
- Analyze data and report findings: Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes providing insights to the Operations Team.

- Keen eye for detail: Ability to spot even minor imperfections and maintain high standards of quality.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive approach: A selfstarter who takes initiative and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Team leadership skills: Ability to motivate train and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Calm under pressure: Ability to remain focused and efficient in a busy environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
