Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Ottawa ON. As a PreOwned Car Sales Representative you will play a vital role in our daily operations by fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions auctions administrative tasks and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny UPull customer service and assisting our sales teams.
What youre responsible for:
- Ensuring all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for sale
- Completing car sales checklist for each vehicle listed
- Updating website with available inventory for sale
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed
- Preparing inventory for weekly auctions
- Greeting customers helping answer questions and advising while providing excellent customer service
- Completing all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownerships
- Working with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager
- Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to solve problems
- Task orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- OMVIC certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient computer skills
