- Act as a resource person for managers and employees for all payroll questions via email and telephone
- Processing validating preparing and sending ROEs etc. during terminations
- Processing lawyer files or other sources as needed
- Preparing weekly and monthly remittances (DAS various union paymentsalimony etc.)
- Preparing T2200s at the end of the year
- Answering questions and preparing paperwork concerning the financial aspect related to payroll CSST employment insurance union etc.
- Performing checks and verifications before closing payroll payroll processing is done every week (3 different pay cycles).
Qualifications :
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in highvolume payroll production in a large company;
- Be a member in good standing of the Canadian Payroll Association (level 1 an asset);
- Have good knowledge of an integrated human resources system ideally Workday or the equivalent (SAP Ceridian ADP etc.)
- Have very good knowledge of Excel to do pivot tables and V lookups;
- Bilingualism in French and English written and spoken because as part of your duties you will have to collaborate fluently with internal clients across Canada.
