Job Description
- Lead and Develop Team: Manage and mentor regional trainers to create a highperforming team ensuring consistent quality learning delivery; provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Organise Training Programs: Collaborate with branch teams to design efficient training schedules manage the rollout of mandatory and specialist programs and maintain training records.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the consistency and effectiveness of training delivery through observations and feedback maintaining high standards aligned with business goals.
- Drive Change and Compliance: Lead relevant projects integrate learning postacquisitions and stay updated with industry trends to support strategic L&D initiatives and compliance.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading remote teams designing and delivering adult social care training and working in acquisition/TUPE environments. They should be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) with expertise in LMS systems apprenticeship frameworks and datadriven training improvements. Strong leadership the ability to influence stakeholders and being a role model for high L&D standards are essential. The role requires confidence to challenge priorities effectively and flexibility for extensive UK travel with own transport.
