The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading remote teams designing and delivering adult social care training and working in acquisition/TUPE environments. They should be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) with expertise in LMS systems apprenticeship frameworks and datadriven training improvements. Strong leadership the ability to influence stakeholders and being a role model for high L&D standards are essential. The role requires confidence to challenge priorities effectively and flexibility for extensive UK travel with own transport.
