Job Description
The tool shop supervisor will be responsible for the tool shop area administration including
maintenance checklist documentation and internal and external audits attendance.
Qualifications :
- 3 or more years experience in tool shop area.
- IT knowledge: MSOffice SAP TI3.
- Solid works Auto Cad or similar.
- Tool design assembly manufacturing processing cost estimating systems planning
- layout standards releasing and requires the coordination of all disciplines.
- Ensure applicable product quality product safety and workplace environmental health and
- safety (EH&S) requirements are met.
- Provide daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work cell(s).
- Maintain daily / weekly /monthly production reports.
- Use specializes tools and machinery (CNC milling machine manual lathe manual milling machine and surface grinders.)
- Experience utilizing TIG MIG and stick welding processes.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software.
- Experience working with tolerances for dimensional/geometric surface specs provided on drawings /sketches work cards.
- Experience operating overhead crane and follow movement of material.
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills: Internal and external.
- Willingness for intercultural cooperation.
- Selfdependent structured and analytic.
- Improved machining processes and procedures on close tolerance automotive parts generating 100% customer satisfaction and zero defects in machining.
- Analytical and skills for problem solving techniques.
- Statically analysis knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in cross functional and multifunctional teams. In a global environment.
