Job Description
- To support for daytoday HR operations including administrative tasks and employee record management.
- Assist in the recruitment process including documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers.
- To support new hire onboarding activities including preparing welcome materials conducting orientation etc.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of training materials including presentations etc.
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions including scheduling venue preparation and attendee communication.
- Help track and maintain employee training records and attendance.
- Provide administrative support to the training team including organizing files handling correspondence and managing documentation.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Management or any related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills in corporate environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information :
- Internship positions available for intake starting January 2025 and onward.
- Please include internship start date and end date in the application.
- Experience in video editing translation graphic design presentation creation or similar skills is a plus.
- Open to Local Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic program.
