- Initial establishment of a central and standardized reporting system in the Business Unit Building Technologies of Robert Bosch GmbH e.g. based on SAC and SAP Datasphere.
- Definition modeling and implementation of the data model and reporting processes in close collaboration with process managers and business unit representatives; creation of meaningful reports.
- Development and implementation of the overarching data strategy and AI strategy for the business unit.
- Point of contact within the business unit for centrally implemented solutions and processes in the areas of Analytics and AI.
- Requirements management: capturing and analyzing customer requirements structuring prioritizing and visualizing dependencies; creating business and technical solution concepts for the implementation of requirements.
- Coordination and ensuring the operational operation and global services as a Shared Service Center.
Qualifications :
- Education: Completed studies in Business Informatics Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of reporting processes in SAP. Strong knowledge in data modeling and data visualization as well as expertise in SAP BW/BI. Ideally initial experience with SAC and/or Datasphere. Additionally solid understanding of data structures in S/4. Ability to translate business requirements into IT concepts and development specifications. Experience in collaborating between business departments and IT.
- Personality and Working Style: Excellent methodological and communication skills as well as a strong drive for innovation and a goal and resultoriented working approach. Furthermore assertiveness persuasiveness and the ability to structure complex processes. An independent proactive and responsible work style with the willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Languages: Very good command of English good knowledge of German is desirable.
