Job Description

- Develop packaging designs that align with branding and marketing strategies and its specifications in cooperation with suppliers and the Own Brand cross functional team;
- Research and select suitable materials for packaging considering product requirements and sustainability goals;
- Executes product initiatives packaging design and performance enhancements costimprovement efforts and promotional activities;
- Optimization of existing packaging to serve professional customer needs and end to end supply chain;
- Research industry practices and recommends new and innovative logistic and packaging procedures/methods depending on the manufacturing processes product offerings and business needs;
- Collaborate with suppliers to source packaging materials and components.
- Work closely with related departments to ensure packaging aligns with product specifications and brand messaging;
- Administration of packaging data in specification data management platform;
- Collaborate with international packaging team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in related field of Engineering;
- 2 years experience in packaging design and development;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Strong knowledge of industry standards for packaging design and development;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Stay uptodate with changes in packaging regulations;
- Excellent problemsolving and project management skills;
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams
