Job Description
Are you analytical detailoriented and passionate about supporting sales teams with datadriven insights Were searching for a motivated Junior Sales Analyst ready to make a difference.
- Actively supports the sales team by providing dashboards and adhoc reports to guide and enhance sales force performance;
- Delivers actionable insights on sales force performance and drives key initiatives to improve results;
- Coordinates the targetsetting process for individual sales agents to ensure alignment with business goals;
- Develops analytical frameworks for accurate territory sizing optimizing the sales forces coverage and efficiency;
- Serves as a liaison with colleagues across other functions (local and international) to enhance and streamline sales tools and processes.
Qualifications :
- Ability to synthesize data into clear and actionable reports;
- Proficient in Excel and SQL;
- Strong critical thinking skills to distill and interpret complex data effectively;
- Team player mindset;
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn;
- Passion for the food industry.
