Job Description
- Shift Leader of Assembly Operations Activities across the CC Value Stream (ESP)
- Identify and lead projects to improve safety cost quality delivery and utilization of manufacturing processes in order to meet Policy Deployment objectives.
- Perform process confirmation on work standards and correct deviations in the workshop.
- Lead training and development of skilled and semiskilled associates in the department.
- Monitor and participate in daily management of CC value stream areas using MES and other analytics/data to meet targets and derive measures to continuously improve performance.
- Develop maintain and apply lean manufacturing principles (BPS) throughout the value stream with regards to people information and material flow.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams PQIs standard work instructions etc).
Qualifications :
- Associates Degree and 13 years technical/leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree team leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
- Prefer working experience with any of the following: MES systems (such as Promaster) SAP or Tableau/PowerBI.
- Experience in high volume/technology manufacturing processes within the automotive industry preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing systems and concepts (BPS).
- Project leadership skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets.
- Ability to work on crossfunctional teams with a high degree of selfinitiative.
- Experience leading in an environment with highly automated equipment technologies.
