Job Description
- Overall responsibility for the product availability of the assigned core product segments (EZug) in the central warehouse in Worms (IDC); incl. inventory planning correct and timely order calls or production orders deadline monitoring requesting backorders.
- Setting the planning parameters and ongoing replenishment time/minimum order quantity optimization with the trading goods suppliers or the production plant.
- Delivery service in the fine distribution delivery service of the suppliers/plants and inventory range of the relevant finished goods segments.
- Close cooperation and coordination with distribution management e.g. IDC Expert team colleagues
- Active exchange of information and coordination with the marketing sales purchasing and quality assurance departments
- Offensive and proactive contact with suppliers
Qualifications :
- High degree of initiative independence and independent entrepreneurial action
- Crossdepartmental cothinking strong assertiveness high resilience and reliability
- Active constructive communication skills with all necessary department
- Experience in the areas of planning and if possible customer service (service orientation)
- Good IT knowledge especially SAP R3
