Responsible for related area regarding Heat Treatment engineering responsible to develop processes design of tools fixtures and gauges creating of needed documentations (working instructions set up sheets PFMEA..) supporting production in daily questions and problems responsible for optimizations first pass yield cycle time reduction and efficiency Engineering changes.
You will be responsible for heat treatment capacity planning as well as manufacturing concept evaluation and selection
The (further) development of existing and new heat treatment processes especially nitriding and nitrocarburizing
Responsible for work and process instructions and training for heat treatment
Contact person for all internal and external questions concerning heat treatment
Support in root cause analysis as well as action planning and tracking in case of deviations of heattreated components
Responsible for the process FMEA heat treatment
Participation in our international production network on all heat treatment topics
Coordination of maintenance of heat treatment machines
Last but not least you will coordinate investment projects and create and maintain process instructions
Qualifications :
Education: Mechanical Production or Materials Engineer.
Personality and work style: structured and analytical team player and communicative also a
cross departments and locations creative flexible with a will to change and the talent to manage many topics at once
Qualifications: Basic k nowledge of Q methods (P FMEA 8 D systematics etc.) knowledge of BPS methods knowledge of statistics and other analysis methods and computer skills process planning and material flow.
Language: fluent Spanish and good knowledge of English.
