Manage union meetings facilitate / conduct union elections to ensure cordial employee relations and industrial relations in the plant Ensure smooth and seamless implementation of various settlements signed with the workers union as per the timelines agreed in the settlement.

Qualifications :
MBA or MSW in Human Resource
24 years of experience in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
Experience in handling Union(s) and Industrial Relations in large organization
