Job Description
Process Developments / Improvements
Assist in designing and conducting trials to test new processes or modifications to existing processes. Collect data and samples monitor process variable during process development for analysis to evaluate process performance and provide input into solutions and improvements.

New / Used Mae TryOut And Process Establishment
Identify and address technical issues or deviations during the MAE tryout and commissioning. Prepare reports and documentation summarizing process development activities findings and results. Collaborate on optimizing processes to improve OEE design of fixtures for quick change and poke yoke
Tryout and Process establishment of new / used MAE as per plan
Competence Development
Stay updated with industry trends technologies and best practices related to process development digital technologies automation etc.
Adherence to competence development plan
Process Support
Collect and analyse data during trials/improvements to understand process behaviour identify trends and make datadriven decisions. Execute trouble shooting for process issues / technical breakdowns for business continuity.

Qualifications :
Degree: B.E./ B Tech. Mechanical / Mechatronics
Years of experience: 24 yrs
Additional Information :
- Basics know how of OPCON BOSCH Fanuc and Siemens controller
- Knowledge on Machine Process Guage capability and SPC
- Experience in Assembly & Testing processes (e.g. Screwing Leakage testing Pressing Camera vision systems Functional testing Flow measurement LASER marking Laser welding Ultrasonic welding Injection molding etc.)
- Knowledge & experience in I 4.0 concepts
- Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D PSS Shainin DOE etc.
- Low cost automation
- Basics knowledge of SAP
- Machine commissioning
- Data analytics skills ( MES MAS Tableau Power BI Python)
- Camera Vision software programming (Cognex Keyence Neurocheck Omron AI based vision system)
- Well know how of Hydraulic and Pneumatic system
- Hands on skills for fine machine component alignment
- POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
- Knowledge of Python for vision system development
- Networking ability good communication skill.
