Job Description

Description of proficiency

Demonstrates indepth knowledge and capacity to solve complex problems or situations. Can carry out tasks independently without much supervision. Provides directives to others.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities: (Include key metrics and estimate the percent of working time that each duty requires)

  1. Supervise Training and process: DNC plan procedures.
  2. Personnel Development Activities (TAR GPD CDD CptM & TrainM) Organizational Development Programs.
  3. Department projects (HR Implementations)
  4. Supervising the activities related to Resourcing; Personnel Marketing Personnel Selection and Integration (associates salary) universities.

 Specific Duties

 

  1. Responsible to administrate the following Programs/Process.
    1. Goal and Performance Dialogue (GPD)
    2. Competence Management (CptM)
    3. Career and Development Dialogue (CDD)
    4. Talent and Associate Review (TAR)
    5. Annual Salary Review (AS)
  2. Supervise the training process and follow up audits.
  3. Headcount controlling supervision.
  4. Supervise payroll process and follow up audits.
  5. Responsible of initial training for new associates.
  6. Supervise the KPIs of HRL Department
  7. Annual Salary Review (ASR)
  8. Responsible of AS (Associate Survey) coordination.
  9. Lead and supervise training legal aspects.
  10. Implement Bosch HR initiatives and Projects (HR global HR Excellence process Train M)
  11. Development HR strategies to improve Absenteeism attrition and engagement.
  12. Supervise the Selection and hiring processes for indirect salary and hourly associates.
  13. Participate with HSE to follow up standards for occupational safety sustainability and environment to comply with applicable legal and Bosch regulations and policy.
  14. Use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment) Quality Delivery and Costs through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisors activities.
  15. Ensure proper operational controls based on EHS standards: environmental risks waste (hazardous and nonhazardous) water and energy consumption.

 


Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in business administration or in a related field more than 10 years experience in Human Resources in Organizational Development.

Bilingual English/ Spanish
