Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a multifaceted Designer who can seamlessly blend creative expertise with account coordination skills. This role is ideal for someone with a background in industrial or graphic design preferably within the toy industry who also enjoys working directly with clients and supporting project .
The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and 3D modelling applications has experience in promotional or product development and can assist in various aspects of account management from client communication to logistics followups. A passion for toys (and even anime) is a plus but not required!
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development
- Create and refine product concepts packaging and client presentations.
- Develop visually compelling client decks and ideation proposals.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Client & Account Support
- Assist in client communication and followups on projects.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track production timelines and deliveries.
- Support client presentations with wellstructured visuals and insights.
Project & Workflow Coordination
- Help manage timelines deliverables and approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project .
- Provide administrative and creative support for ongoing initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Industrial Design Graphic Design or related field.
- Experience in the toy industry or promotional/product development is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and at least one 3D modelling application.
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask between creative and operational tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- A passion for toys and collectibles (anime knowledge is a plus but not required).
