In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring an excellent first impression and employee experience by managing the induction for new Field Service Engineers.
- Supporting a team of over 350 Service Engineers and Apprentices to ensure they have the information skills knowledge and equipment to provide our marketleading customer service.
- Supporting our employees in driving customer engagement and loyalty for our brand.
- Developing training and communication material to support the implementation of new processes for the Field and Contact Centre.
- As a core part of our After Sales department you will be advising and supporting our managers on a range of queries to ensure the smooth running of daytoday operations.
- Using your initiative and cando attitude to solve complex problems involving many different stakeholders.
- Assisting with organising and running a variety of Field Service and After Sales events and conferences.
- Opportunity to meet and develop relationships with a variety of different people from diverse backgrounds across the organisation.
- Assist in the selection process of New Apprentices (Selection Days).
- Liaise with external service providers.
- Support Internal Quality Auditing and Training teams within the Aftersales Department.

Qualifications :
Please note that to be eligible for this role you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and is ready to embrace new ways of working through digitalisation.
- Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing working environments.
- Hardworking with a good attention to detail and a quality mindset.
- Has the capability to work well in a team as well as independently using own initiative.
- Have the confidence to challenge and propose new ideas.
- Prioritising and completing urgent tasks and longerterm project work.
- Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
- Bringing fresh eyes and new ideas to existing ways of working and contributing to the culture of continuous improvement.
