Talent Management and Development:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PSIN bridging with RBIN on common people topics to foster alignment between PS global and RBIN guardrails.
- Play a governance role in Talent Management initiatives such as Talent Associate Reviews (TAR) to ensure strategic alignment at PSIN level.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Domain Leadership (e.g. Commercial Manufacturing Sales Engineering) to develop and execute people strategies including succession planning strategic hiring job rotations and STEP programs
HR Strategy Initiatives
- Drive businessspecific HR initiatives for PSIN including Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Functional Workforce Planning (FWP) IPE evaluations and people strategy outcomes from SWP
- Lead PS global initiatives and targets related to Gender Diversity Expat Management FWP and PCI tools for SUL and PUL status ensuring alignment with organizational goals
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Prepare and deliver reports on PSINspecific people topics using tools such as the PS Balance Scorecard PS/BVS and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting
- Act as the SPOC for internal and external audits related to PSINs HR processes
Qualifications :
Postgraduate (MBA/MSW) with specialization in HR with 58 years of core HR professional knowhow with at least 3 years of HR business partnering
