Innovation Champion

Bosch Software and Digital Solutions also known as SDS is a leading solution provider for technology led business transformation.  It is the systems integration arm of Bosch Global and is headquartered in Bangalore. We are seeking a talented corporate strategist with management consulting background.  The role will be based out of Bosch Koramangala office and report into Chief Strategy and Business development officer.

In this role the candidate will work closely with senior leaders to develop the business unit strategy and drive strategic initiatives analyze complex business problems and support the longterm growth of our organization.  The role offers a collaborative and inclusive work environment and a chance to make a significant impact on the companys strategic direction.

Responsibilities: 

Establish and drive Innovation management program to steer and foster innovation in SDS.     

• Identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations that align with the organizations strategic goals assessing their potential impact and feasibility for implementation.
• Collaborate with innovation teams enabling seamless innovation management process including idea submission evaluation criteria and selection processes to streamline innovation efforts    
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with crossfunctional teams to generate innovative ideas and solutions to address business challenges.   
• Develop and manage pilot projects to test the viability of proposed innovations including setting objectives timelines and metrics for success.  
• Collaborate with broader innovation ecosystem teams to enable partnerships with startups research institutions and other external entities to codevelop innovative products or services      
• Prepare and present reports on innovation activities outcomes and ROI to senior management and stakeholders providing recommendations for scaling successful innovations.
• Lead the creation of a culture of innovation within the organization by organizing educational events sharing success stories and recognizing team and individual contributions to innovation efforts.

Job Requirements / Past experience:

• 912 years of experience in technology advisory and solution consulting with a systemsthinking mindset
• Emerging technologies like AI Gen AI and Cybersecurity
• Expertise in one or more of these areas: Enterprise application technologies SAP App modernization customer experience product engineering Industry 4.0 OT technologies   
• Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent from IITs NITs BITS Pilani DTU NSIT and other tier1 colleges
• MTech (Optional) in Computer Sciences/ Software Technology
• MBA/ PG Diploma in relevant stream from a Tier 1 BSchool
