Job Description
Management of all technical content in eCompressor project
- Lead eCompressor technical topics for industrialization and target SOP
- Lead the SE topics between engineering manufacturing and purchasing
- Lead the risk assessment during the development and industrialization for target SOP
- Organize and lead the technical Project Meeting
- Coordinate the DFMA transfer to PFEMA to support industrialization set up
Interface to the engineering line organization and technical customer interface
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree major in engineering domain.
> 5 years experience in eCompressor development and industrialization area
1. Familiar with eCompressor development and mechatronic design
2. Familiar with PCBA and motor control development
3. Good communication and presentation skills
4. Basic project management skill including schedule management problem solving
Basic English communication skill
