Job Description
Support plant and quality department to make internal and external failure analysis.
Coordinate design testing and customer projects groups lead the simultaneous engineering teams in production phase closely cooperate with manufacturing and quality.
Support platform managers and plant to take technical measures to optimize the product robustness and cost.

Qualifications :
Science or Engineering Master Degree
Good logic and presentation ability
Mechanical working experience > 2 years
Good understanding of the eAxle system and the relative components of the Gearbox / eMotor
Good understanding of BPS and quality tools
