Job Description
- You will develop a holistic and standardized Crisis Management (CM) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Bosch Global Business Service (GS) division incl. processes roles & responsibilities.
- You will identify and analiyze impact on GS processes in case of adverse events or crisis.
- In addition you will achieve awareness on BCM and CM at all levels by defining and conducting the new process rollout.
- Moreover you will define Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) for CM and BCM.
- Finally you will train colleagues on the new process.
Qualifications :
- Education: Master studies in the field of Industrial Engineering Economics Management or comparable with very good grades
- Experience and Knowledge: in project management process management risk management; practical experience (internship); competent handling of MS Excel PowerPoint Word Visio would be a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: a selfmotivated team player with strong communication skills and creative drive
- Languages: very good written and spoken German and English
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
