Job Description
Your contribution to something big!
- Gathers deep knowledge about regional product requirements for specific trades & volume segments
- Defines portfolio need for specific trade / volume segment for the region
- Contributes to successful and efficient implementation of projects in global product management
- Actively contributes to the business success for the respective trades & volume segments in a region
- Identifies user dealer sales & competitor insights for the respective trades & volume segments in a region and translates this into product demand
- Ensures methodological excellence when generating user & market insights
- Provides reliable volume forecasts for new products to the BU
- Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development process
- Supports the global product management team in the gotomarket phase within PIF
- Monitors the regional business situation (market shares competitor activities etc.)

Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of respective target groups and their product portfolio
- Strong methodological skills in identifying user insights
- Proficient Marketing & Sales knowledge ideally in Global Product Marketing
- Deep product knowledge
- Practical experience in UX & design thinking methods
- Intercultural experience
Personality:
- Proficient Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communicator
- Strong decisionmaking result orientation and analytical skills
