This role will be part of our fastpaced Marketing department. You will work predominantly in our Loyalty and Campaigns team working on our B2B Loyalty programme. Within this team youll get the chance to work across a range of different campaigns with your main project to maintain our ecommerce store. This is a fastpaced and everchanging role; no two days will be the same.
In this role you will be responsible for:
You will report into the Customer Loyalty & Campaigns manager and your main tasks will include:
Responsible for all stock management of our B2B loyalty offering and our internal store.
Supplier management weekly and monthly catch ups with all suppliers.
Key contact for any order queries from both internal stakeholders and loyalty members.
Monthly reporting on all store items reporting on the quick moving items and raising when you see new trends emerging with products.
Financial reporting monthly financial reporting for our internal finance department.
Shop campaigns coming up with ideas for seasonal shop campaigns including national campaigns such as Black Friday.
Photoshoot support for any shop photography needed.
Maintenance of store to also include regularly reviewing and updating the messaging on the store to ensure its continuously current and upto date.
You will also need to be on hand to support our loyalty customer service team at busy periods too both via the phone and emails.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week standard working pattern of 08:00 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 16:00 Friday with a 1hour lunchbreak.
