Job Description
- Process monthly warranty claims including encoding checking and payment to the ASC/ASD
- Monitor original invoices and followup monthly reports from the ASC/ASD
- Update the ASA and KUM dashboard
- Reach out to survey detractors to understand the specific reasons they encountered issues
- Other task that maybe assign from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Must be flexible and willing to learn
- Can start as soon as possible
- Can go to the office for 4 times a week
- Can work in a hybrid setup
- Can render at least 500 hours of internship
