**Summary**
We are seeking a patent agent to join our Patent Development & Strategy group.
**Education**
Undergraduate or graduate degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
**Certificates**
Registration with the USPTO
**Experience**
Minimum of 2 years of experience with patent prosecution drafting patent applications and due diligence
Direct and applicable experience in a large or midsized law firm

**Physical Demands Work Environment and Other Requirements**
**Sedentary work:** Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time with walking and standing required only occasionally.
