The Financial Accounting department of Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Ltd in Denham is responsible for a wide and varied range of accounting general ledger compliance tax and treasury activities. As a key member of our team you will be providing proactive efficient service to the head of Finance for the financial reporting functions for SXGB and SXGT. You will need a flexible approach to work be a good communicator an eye for detail and a passion for providing an outstanding service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Statements:
- Coordination and management of quarterly and annual financial reporting Group/Local statutory reporting and monthly reporting
- Oversee accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of reporting including regulatory compliance
- Preparation of completion of financial data for planning and forecasting submission
- Lead the annual financial audit process with external auditors
Taxation:
- Manage and document company taxation processes and ensure company compliance to VAT rules and Legislation
- Preparation and submission of VAT Return/Intrastat reporting
- Completion of annual Corporation Tax computations annual PSA agreement Tax Award Scheme
Fixed Assets:
- Ensure the Fixed Asset accounting and reporting functions are in accordance with the company policy including Capex Budgeting Controlling & Reporting
- Maintain the CAPEX budget and release in line with business requirements
Shared Services:
- Review KPI for shared service centres Romania (HUB)
- Review and maintain Service Level Agreement of the HUB
- Daily management of interface and relationship with the HUB resolve and conclude escalation queries
Others:
- Support transfer price reporting process
- Support RDEC projects and quarterly internal controls
- Support with other adhoc projects as and when required
Qualifications :
- ACCA/ CIMA Qualified with minimum of five (5) years of experience or qualified by experience
- Proven administrative leadership and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organisational development
- Strong all round knowledge and experience of all aspects of finance and accounting
- Strong people/relationship skills with the ability to lead a team
- Action and results oriented with good time management and analytical skills
- Skills in organising prioritising and scheduling personal workflow
- Positively minded to work on own initiative and unsupervised as required
- Be an effective and confident communicator across all levels both internally and externally
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes in particular Excel
- SAP core knowledge is essential
