- As a Development Engineer you will drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products (including scheduling and customer interface).
- Part of your responsibilities is implementing development goals as part of a team of experts. You will achieve these goals through a combination of intensive collaborative work a high degree of personal responsibility and independence.
- Furthermore you will develop wafer processes for the manufacturing of micromechanical products (conceptually in the clean room and in the laboratory).
- In addition you will utilize new technologies and materials and perform both technical and economic evaluation of the feasibility of new processes.
- You coordinate internal interfaces in development and manufacturing to develop solutions and control their implementation from start of development until they are ready for series production.
- In addition you will be responsible for cooperation with research institutes for basic development and for managing quality assessments and process releases.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university studies in engineering or natural sciences physics chemistry material sciences or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional relevant experience or PhD; very good knowledge in sensor micromechanics and semiconductor technology; knowledge of relevant analytical methods benefical; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
- Personality and Working Practice: you are enthusiastic about your tasks and approach them with energy and systematically; you tackle difficulties decisively pursuing innovative and creative solutions and manage to pursue your goals with perseverance; you can advocate for your opinions effectively with stakeholders and advance your agenda autonomously; you enjoy working in teams and keep a cool head even in busy periods; you are capable of making quick decisions
- Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and good communication skills in written and spoken German
*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 84.000 EUR for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition there is an individual performancerelated pay a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
