The Journey: Since our launch in 2024 weve completed Berlins Reaktor incubator won our first dozens (paying!) customers among startups and scaleups built a product loved by our users (78% retention) and raised sixfigure investments from successful CTOs and founders behind some of Germanys most notable tech ventures and unicorns.

Were seeking a driven passionate Founders engineer. As our first hire youll help build the nextgen engineering intelligence platform that gives developers the voice they deserve. Work directly with the two founders to transform how engineering teams communicate and thrive
Examples of What You Will D
Collaborate with Founders (20%)
Brainstorm new feature ideas to prioritize impactful solutions and join user interviews to validate concepts before committing resources.
Own Features End to End (50%)
Own features from concept to production. For instance build a feature that automatically generates clarifying questions for engineers: refine UI/UX with a designer implement BE and FE integrate an LLM provider and oversee deployment.
Architect the Foundation (15%)
Improve our CI/CD pipeline expand our monitoring capabilities and tackle crosscutting concerns like userrights management.
Set the Quality Bar (15%)
Enforce consistent coding standards pairprogram with teammates and share best practices for clean reliable code.
