Join our team in Barcelona as Customer Service Representative and immerse yourself in the world of automotive excellence. Your main functions will be:
- Provide tire recommendations based on customers vehicle specifications and driving needs.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions discounts and special offers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
- Communicate with customers via phone email and chat ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Work Monday to Friday (No weekends) from 08/17 and 09:0018:00.
Qualifications :
- Fluent in one european language (both written and spoken).
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and solutionoriented approach to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Candidates must be based in Barcelona homeoffice is allowed but candidates must be Barcelona based for frequent presence in the office (training quality daily operations) when required.
- Candidates are required to have a hardwired internet connection (which means you need to connect your computer to the internet using an Ethernet cable) to access Boschs workfromhome platforms. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the need to work from the office.
