Job Description
The project leader and process optimization will play a key role in the success of the project managing and leading task force new launches and special projects.
- Lead an execute a project
- Define strategies base on the KPIs performance
- Leverage synergies between departments (optimized synergies)
- Maintain BMM standards coach and train the associates
- Lean thinking
Qualifications :
- Education: Engineering (Industrial Mechanics mechatronics)
- 4 years of experience in Manufacturing (PGL Knowledge)
- 2 years of experience in Projects new launches (release new lines) Industrialization projects
- English able to maintain a conversation with customers.
- Problem Solving techniques Shainin as preference (preference Journeyman)
- SAP knowledge (manufacturing logistics purchasing)
- Knowledge in process optimization (able to read drawings define process release tooling definition)
- Familiarized with BBM standard
- Good understanding of OEE/ IDC
- 85% to 90% Travel
- Plus Data analytics
