Job Description
- Contribute to implementing corporate policies and strategic decisions in the store.
- Follow and optimizing the economic results of the store.
- Organize and managing teamwork.
- Setting up and following various action plans.
- Customer file monitoring and action plan definition
- Operational processes check
- Stock maintenance
- Lead the team comprising of 45 Department managers68 Assistant department Managers and 1620 Associates
- Organize regular inventories of the store.
Qualifications :
Intermediate (with 8 years work experience) or Graduation (with less than 8 years work experience).
Additional Information :
- Strong communication interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Effective analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Resultoriented and customerfocused mindset.
