You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute sales strategy working closely with spa and medical team hotel management team corporate spa & wellness corporate marketing PR and commercial team.
Trade Shows Consumer Fairs & Exhibitions: Identify and attend trade shows consumer fairs travel functions and medical wellness exhibitions to actively promote the business and achieve sales target.
Business Development: Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities including corporate partnerships event sponsorships and membership growth initiatives.
Business Relationships: In charge of establishing outstanding business relationships with companies and potential partners members and customers keeping regular and effective communications via meetings calls and EDMs etc.
Business Conversions: Meet with VIPs influencers event organisers to increase business conversion. Create and implement packages and promotions for off peak days & time slots. Drive opportunities to up sell spa and medical services memberships packages and programs.
Guest Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with highend guests understanding their needs preferences and expectations. Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are upheld and address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
Sales Collateral and Presentations: Collaborating with Clinique La Prairies corporate marketing team which is based in Switzerland to develop compelling sales collateral presentations and proposals that effectively showcase the Longevity Hubs unique offerings and value proposition. Ensuring all sales materials are uptodate accurate and tailored to the target audience.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance key metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisionmaking. Prepare regular reports on sales activities revenue forecasts and market insights for senior management. Collecting and analysing market data to drive growth and build guest loyalty.
Collaboration and Crossfunctional Support: Working closely with other departments including operations event planning and membership services to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional member experiences. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Service Excellence: Providing exceptional guest service to all partners / endusers. Overseeing preparation of displays products and presentations and all marketing promotional tools in respect with Clinique La Prairie and Holistic Health corporate guidelines.
