Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Senior Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will generate new business pipeline in mid largesize enterprises working with Lead Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals.
What you get to do in this role:
The Senior Sales Development Representative builds sales pipeline to achieve monthly quarterly and annual goals.
- Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within target accounts.
- Understand an organizations goals
- Identify new sales opportunities and pass them to Field Sales professionals in the CRM
- Partner with Field Sales to create regional territory plans
- Follow the closed loop lead process to ensure nurturing on cold leads
- Use our technologies to prioritize disposition and manage marketing leads to maintain service level agreements with Marketing
- Guide other team members sharing experiences and recommendations
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 1 year experience in telemarketing lead generation or cold calling in the information technology industry
- A creative and customerfocused mindset
- A general understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
- Ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers
- Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required
